- If you arrive during the opening hours
Collect your keys directly at the reception in building 1, or an envelope with your name will be located in the hallway if you are fully registered (tourist taxes paid and deposit blocked).
- If you arrive outside the opening hours
An envelope with your name will be located in the wooden showcase on the right wall in front of the reception door of building 1.
Please go to the reception the following day to complete your registration and receive your departure instructions.
- Your apartment name contains the building, floor and flat number
(ex: Pracondu 1 201 = building 1, level 2, flat number 1)
- Well done!
- On your departure, please drop off your keys before 10 a.m. in the metal box in the reception hallway, or come by to say hello at the reception.
