How can I reduce my check-in time?
Skip the lines, do your ckeck-in online before your arrival. Sign in on your user space by clicking on the main header and then on the sub-section "My Alpvision". Enter your user number received by e-mail. If you have lost your user number, please contact us.
You can order all your services via this user space. A piece of cake !
What are your measures against Covid?
1. Limited physical contacts with our team
You can check-in by phone or online and collect the keys in a box in front of the agency, without having any physical contact with our agents. However, our team is available if you wish.
2. Accommodation cleaned with disinfectant
All our accommodation is screened after each pass with professional disinfectant to avoid any risk of contagion.
3. A lapse of time between each occupancy.
For each new reservation, we ensure that the accommodation is empty before your arrival and after your departure to limit contact between hosts and to limit the risk of contaminated surfaces.
4. Services adapted to the Covid-19.
In these times of change, our services are adapted so that you can enjoy them peacefully, with delivery of groceries, beds made on arrival, fridge filled on arrival, bins emptied by us and many more. If you have special requirements, do not hesitate to contact us.
5. A respectful team
Your health matters to us. In this sense, the hygiene measures are respected such as wearing masks and gloves if necessary, social distancing, promoting non physical communication and teleworking.

Is my accommodation ready?
Your accommodation is available from 4 p.m the day of your arrival.
In case of late arrival (after 5 p.m), please inform us in order to prepare your keys in an enveloppe outside the office. This service is free.

Where can I collect my keys?
You can collect your keys at the location indicated on your confirmation email. Find the address of our receptions on our contact page. In case of late arrival, an envelope with your name will be in front of the reception, so you can freely access your accommodation.
Is the reception open to say hello?
We will be happy to meet you. Find our opening hours on the contact page.
Can I do the cleaning myself?
We would be happy to free you from this task during your vacation. If you wish, you can still perform the cleaning. We will provide you with an accurate list of items that need to be cleaned upon receipt. A check will be made on your departure to check that everything is in order.
Is my pet welcome?
Have you booked accommodation that accepts pets? We are delighted! An animal tax of 50 € (France) or 50 CHF (Switzerland) will be requested per accommodation, per pet.
Where do I park?
If parking is included in your accommodation, you can park there.
If no parking is included in your accommodation, parking spaces at the residences are available subject to availability and if they are not private.
You can opt for our additional paid parking service (indoor or outdoor, depending on availability).
What costs do I still have to pay on site?
If you have not fully completed your registration, you will have to pay the tourist taxes and the deposit for your accommodation. The prices of your deposit and your tourist taxes are indicated in the emails we sent you.
Tourist taxes are entirely paid to local authorities.
