How can I reduce my check-in time?

Skip the lines, do your ckeck-in online before your arrival. Sign in on your user space by clicking on the main header and then on the sub-section "My Alpvision". Enter your user number received by e-mail. If you have lost your user number, please contact us.
You can order all your services via this user space. A piece of cake !


What are your measures against Covid?

1. Limited physical contacts with our team
You can check-in by phone or online and collect the keys in a box in front of the agency, without having any physical contact with our agents. However, our team is available if you wish.

2. Accommodation cleaned with disinfectant
All our accommodation is screened after each pass with professional disinfectant to avoid any risk of contagion.

3. A lapse of time between each occupancy.
For each new reservation, we ensure that the accommodation is empty before your arrival and after your departure to limit contact between hosts and to limit the risk of contaminated surfaces.

4. Services adapted to the Covid-19.
In these times of change, our services are adapted so that you can enjoy them peacefully, with delivery of groceries, beds made on arrival, fridge filled on arrival, bins emptied by us and many more. If you have special requirements, do not hesitate to contact us.

5. A respectful team
Your health matters to us. In this sense, the hygiene measures are respected such as wearing masks and gloves if necessary, social distancing, promoting non physical communication and teleworking.


Is my accommodation ready?

Your accommodation is available from 4 p.m the day of your arrival.
In case of late arrival (after 5 p.m), please inform us in order to prepare your keys in an enveloppe outside the office. This service is free.

We do everything we can to get your accommodation ready as soon as possible.

Where can I collect my keys?

You can collect your keys at the location indicated on your confirmation email. Find the address of our receptions on our contact page. In case of late arrival, an envelope with your name will be in front of the reception, so you can freely access your accommodation.


Is the recepetion open to say hello?

We will be happy to meet you. Find our opening hours on the contact page.


Can I do the cleaning myself?

We would be happy to free you from this task during your vacation. If you wish, you can still perform the cleaning. We will provide you with an accurate list of items that need to be cleaned upon receipt. A check will be made on your departure to check that everything is in order.


Is my pet welcome?

Have you booked accommodation that accepts pets? We are delighted! An animal tax of 50 € (France) or 50 CHF (Switzerland) will be requested per accommodation, per pet.


Where do I park?

If parking is included in your accommodation, you can park there.
If no parking is included in your accommodation, parking spaces at the residences are available subject to availability and if they are not private.
You can opt for our additional paid parking service (indoor or outdoor, depending on availability).


What costs do I still have to pay on site?

If you have not fully completed your registration, you will have to pay the tourist taxes and the deposit for your accommodation. The prices of your deposit and your tourist taxes are indicated in the emails we sent you.
Tourist taxes are entirely paid to local authorities.

Can I take my sheets and towels?

In order to avoid you having to do laundry on your return, we have set up a sheet and linen service which you can choose directly in your traveller intranet (Menu


Do I have to do the inventory?

The inventory of your accommodation has been carried out. Please report any anomaly to us no later than 24 hours after your arrival.
After this period, you will be responsible for any damage or loss and you will be required to pay for it before your departure.


Is there wifi?

In Switzerland, accommodation are equipped with Internet. In France, most receptions have Wi-Fi available free of charge during opening hours.


What do you recommend in the region?

Beautiful hikes in the countryside, days skiing or snowshoeing, tasting regional wine, lots of activities to do with family or friends. Find out what you like!

I have to wash my laundry

On holiday? But yes, it's possible! Laundry room with washing machine and clothes dryer are at your disposal in most cases.
Laundries are indicated in the buildings.
Usually, you will have to pay with change so bring coins.
If in doubt, do not hesitate to contact reception.
No laundry room in sight? This option was not indicated in your accommodation.


My baby needs a chair and a cot.

Fortunately, you don't have to carry all of this! We have baby cots and children's chairs for hire. Book this service via your traveler intranet (Menu We can provide you with this material directly in your accommodation for 20 € or 20CHF.


How to sort my waste and where to throw my garbage?

Thanks for this question :) It's good for our environment!
Several containers are available in the streets for other waste (glass, plastics, cardboard, ...).
In Switzerland, you must use taxable garbage bags for household waste. You have the possibility of buying one or more bags at the tourist office.
In France, please put your household waste in a closed bag.
You will receive detailed information upon arrival. Contact the Tourist Office for more information.


We want a good fondue or raclette

We lend fondue, raclette and chocolate machines for free at the reception, subject to availability and on demand.
If the machine is damaged or unreported, Alpvision will charge your deposit.

Late departures are subject to the availability of the accommodation and on demand.


May I leave earlier?

You can leave early and drop your keys where you picked them up. If the reception is closed, you can leave your keys in the key box in front of the reception provided for this purpose.
Any early departure does not give the right to any compensation.


May I leave later?

We offer a free departure on request until 12 noon !
Do you want to stay after 12 noon ? Opt for the late departure service via your customer account (Menu < My Alpvision) or contact us.
Late departures are subject to the availability of the accommodation and on demand.


Where drop my keys?

Hope to see you soon again! You can return the keys where you received them.
In case we are not open, you can put them in the key box in front of the reception.


How does the check out work?

We hope you had a wonderful vacation!
The day of departure, we kindly ask you to bring your linen and towels (if you have taken this service) to the reception. When the reception is closed, you can drop them in the trolley provided for this purpose in front of the reception.
You can return your keys where you received them.
In case we are not open anymore, you can put them in the key box in front of the reception.
If you left a deposit by credit card, everything is ok then! Your deposit will be released automatically by your bank after your departure.
If you left a deposit in cash, please contact the agency to arrange the time for the check on day of departure. If you want to leave early, it's possible. Just let us know one day before so that we can organize a smooth procedure for the check out.

And my deposit? When do I get it back?

A full refund of your deposit depends on a satisfactory inspection of your accomodation after your departure.
If you left a deposit by credit card, your bank releases it 2 weeks after your departure. Alpvision Residences cannot act on this period, for this, you can contact your bank directly if necessary.
When you left a deposit in cash, please contact the agency to arrange the time for the check on day of departure. If you want to leave early, it's possible. Just let us know one day before so that we can organize a smooth procedure of the check out.
