The holidays are almost here! Find out how to collect your keys from the Alpvision reception in building C in Termignon.

  1. Go to Alpvision reception, Rue de Savoie, 73500 Val Cénis (Termignon)

    Have you booked your accommodation in Termignon? Go to the Alpvision reception located in building C of the ‘Les Balcons’ residences, Rue de Savoie, 73500 Termignon Val Cenis (see map).

    Please note that the Les Terrasses de Termignon reception in building E is NOT the Alpvision reception.

  2. If you arrive during opening hours,

    You can collect your keys from 4pm to 6pm directly from reception.

  3. If you arrive after 6pm, please inform reception by calling +33 4 79 05 31 12 or send an email to: termignon@alpvisionresidences.com and proceed as follows:


    – You have already checked-in: (tourist taxes and additional extras paid and deposit blocked), you can collect an envelope with your name on it and which contains your keys, which is located in the letterbox next to the reception door with the code 060. If you have booked linen and towels, you will find them in your apartment.

    – You have not checked-in yet: please contact reception to finalize your check-in (deposit, tourist tax, ancillary services not yet paid) and collect your keys.

  4. Enjoy your stay!

  5. On departure, please return your keys between 8 and 10 a.m. to reception, together with your sheets and towels if this service has been ordered.

    If you are leaving outside reception opening hours, please leave your keys in the letterbox next to the reception. Please deposit your sheets and towels in the laundry cart at the foot of the reception building.
