  1. Go to Alpvision Reception Rue de Savoie, 73500 Val Cénis (Termignon)

    When you arrive in Termignon, head for the foot of the ski slopes. The reception is located on the side of the building C of the residence Les Balcons De La Vanoise.

  2. If you arrive during opening hours,

    – Pick up your keys directly at the reception.

  3. If you arrive outside opening hours, we invite you to inform us beforehand and to proceed as follows:

    – With your registration already done (deposit, tourist taxes, additional services), you can collect your keys, in an envelope with your name on it, from the mailbox in front of the reception door, located in the C building with the code 060. If you have booked sheets and towels, you will find them in your apartment.
    – Without your registration made (deposit, tourist taxes, additional services), please contact the reception on +33 9 64 11 96 07 to check in (deposit, tourist tax, additional services) and receive the necessary information for the handover of the keys.

  4. Your apartment name contains the indication of the building and the apartment number

    (i.e: Balcons B 001 = building B, apartment number 1)

  5. Well done!

  6. At your departure, return your keys between 8am and 10am at the reception with your sheets and towels if this service has been selected

    If you leave us before 8am, leave the keys in the mailbox in front of the reception.
