Concernant l'écoulement de la douche, sachez que nous sommes joignables toute la semaine par téléphone, nous aurions pu donc envoyer notre concierge si cela avait été signalé, afin d'améliorer la qualité de votre séjour. Concernant le local à skis, nous sommes conscients de l'importance d'un espace de rangement bien chauffé pour les équipements de ski et allons en discuter avec notre équipe pour ajouter un chauffage dans cette zone pour plus de confort.
