Zeer alerte, attente en vriendelijke receptionist. Hij herkende ons meteen en noemde ons bij naam.Nam onze feedback heel serieus en loste alles soepel en snel op.

Wij komen sinds 1974 geregeld in Veysonnaz. Natuurlijk heeft het contactloos in en uitchecken zijn intrede gedaan. Hier zit echter ook het gevaar in dat de chalets en appartementen minder goed gecontroleerd worden op gebreken/ mankementen en schoonhesee more
Wij komen sinds 1974 geregeld in Veysonnaz. Natuurlijk heeft het contactloos in en uitchecken zijn intrede gedaan. Hier zit echter ook het gevaar in dat de chalets en appartementen minder goed gecontroleerd worden op gebreken/ mankementen en schoonheid. Een sterkere/ betere eindcontrole kan in mijn ogen veel ergernis voorkomen en de kwaliteit van de verblijven naar een hoger niveau tillen. Ons appartement was in eerste instantie zeker geen 4 sterren verblijf. Dankzij de receptionist is het echter snel weer op hoogte gebracht. Was echter door een betere controle in zijn geheel niet nodig geweest.

Nous avons remarqué que le volet côté cuisine était resté bloqué en position fermée. De même pour celui de la douche.
Il manque également une vis pour tenir une grille du four.
La puissance du réseau internet était faible.
