L'accès à un casier de ski dans le parking qui évite de devoir porter les skis jusqu'aux remontées. Juste dommage que le casier proposé était trop petit posee more

Les lits étaient assez confortables (plutôt dur), même si au premier abord ils en avaient pas l'air. C'est calme, on a jamais entendu des voisins. |

Le wifi est extrêment faible, Il faut être vers la porte d'entrée pour le capter. Alpvision nous a par la suite proposé un HotSpot. Il devrait être proposé directement.

Globalement la première impression n'était pas top, surtout niveau propreté. Il y avait par examples des sparadraps collés sur les 4 coins de la tables qui semblent être là depuis longtemps. On a déplacé une petite table qui avait sa couche de poussière dessous, Les protections de matelas pourraient être lavées plus régulièrement. Niveau cuisine: difficile de trouver une poêle qui ne soit pas trop rayée. L'eau chaude prend énormément de temps pour arriver à cet apartement qui est tout en haut. Sur 4 personnes qui se douchent la dernière peut choisir la température adéquate, les 3 autres avaient plutôt une eau légèrement tiède. Ne pas hésitez à aller à l'agence pour dire ce qui ne va pas. Les solutions existent, C'est juste qu'elles ne sont pas proposées pro activement. Dommage. |

Dû au chauffage au sol, nous ne pouvions pas régler la température dans les différentes pièces. Il faisait trop chaud si l'on n'ouvrait pas les fenêtres. Ce qui est quand même dommage sur le plan écologique et économique en plein hiver.

Au niveau de l'accueil, quand on est client de l'agence pour la première fois, on ne nous explique pas assez bien comment tout fonctionne: où se situe le logement exactement, où se situe le local à ski (ce n'est pas un local, mais un casier au même étage du parking auquel se situe votre place de parque), comment ça fonctionne avec ce parking justement (il y a un badge sur l'une des deux trousses de clé, mais pas sur les deux)... Je suis retourné trois fois à la réception pour demander des précisions. Le personnel y est très sympathique, mais voilà... un petit "speech" bien rodé pour expliquer en trois minutes les choses essentielles serait le bienvenu! |
