A. Did you book through Alpvision residences?

  1. Click on ‘Activate my account’ in the e-mail that you received.
  2. Create an account with the same email address as you used whilst making the reservation..
  3. Log in directly if you have already created an account.

B. Did you book through another platform (Airbnb, Booking, …)?

  1. Click on ‘Enter with booking reference’.

2. Add your booking reference number + the PIN code that you received by email.
