  2. If you arrive during opening hours,

    you can collect your keys at the reception

  3. If you arrive outside opening hours,

    two keys will be inside your apartment. Your apartment will be ready after 5pm. Before, your apartment will be locked. Please go to reception the next day to finalize your check-in and receive your departure instructions

  4. Your apartment name contains the indication of the building, the floor and the apartment number

    (ex: Hameau 4 201 = building 4, floor 2, apartment number 1)

  5. Well done!

  6. When you leave, go to reception before 10 am to return your keys
