It’s almost holiday time ! Find out how to get your keys and access the residence Le Hameau des Eaux d’Orelle in Orelle.

  1. Go to Le Hameau des Eaux d’Orelle, 73140 Orelle

    Enter through the door with the ALPVISION sign, then walk to the back left where the reception is located

  2. If you arrive during opening hours

    Pick up your keys directly at the reception

  3. If you arrive outside opening hours

    Your keys will be in a white mailbox also at the reception. Enter code 153 and collect your keys.
    Please come to the reception the next day to finalise your check-in and receive your departure instructions

  4. Your flat name contains the building, floor and flat number

    (ex: Hameau 4 201 = building 4, level 2, flat number 1)

  5. Well done!

  6. On your departure, please go to the reception before 10am to return your keys
